Oh I know it is, one of the most brilliant treasures imaginable.

I love this style of writing. Asking questions and letting the reader come to their own conclusions. I try to do same here.

Questions are truly our best chance at not only finding answers, but starting conversations. Love your writing!

Thank you. It's a good way of learning and remembering too - to choose their answer for what makes sense to them and own it.

Wow! Beautifully written, and easy to understand. As Alec said 'gentle.' It is non-confrontational and brilliantly constructed. Love it.

Bechamp or Pasteur? was written by a woman, Ethel Douglas Hume. Her book is a masterpiece that retrieved Béchamp for the 20th century.

Reflections of some very ancient healing modalities are evident in this interesting collection of questions. Cross-posting with great pleasure. Thank you.

Beautifully put! May we come to really understand the power of our human design.

Brilliant and perfect!

What a different world it would be if we followed these very simple principles. I’d like to live in that world please. We could eradicate most chronic disease quickly and reform the medical system. Count me in!!!

Let’s dream a better world to come. ❤️💖❤️🥰

Thank you for this. I spend most of my days thinking about bacteria, toxins, waste and recycling in the gut because it has been the foundation of my business since 2015. I really appreciate these deeper questions connecting to our body’s ability to heal itself. I recently broke out in hives, only the second time in my life, and I watched over the course of 7 days as they migrated around and up through my lymph system. Along the way a varicose vein in my leg near the initial outbreak area seems to have been removed or repaired in the healing process. Lots to think about here.

Hi Alex

I have an alternate view on lung and blood physiology that dismisses the notion of oxygen and carbon dioxide gaseous exchange.

The article is titled

We breathe air not oxygen

I take you though all the steps that lead to this statement

Including why and how oxygen is manufactured

How oxygen is calibrated

Eg medical oxygen has 67parts per million of water contamination

Why oxygen is toxic, as it dehydrates and damages the alveoli

Air is measured by its humidity or water content

Lung physiology requires the air at the alveoli to reach 100% humidity

Can you see the mismatch?

The new take on lung physiology:

The lungs rehydrate the RBCs with iso tonic saline solution as they pass through the alveoli capillary beds

In the same manner the ubiquitous saline drip rehydrates RBCs.

Red light monitoring is checking for hydration

RBCs change from dark contracted dehydrated form to their plump bright hydrated form as they soak up the iso tonic saline solution the bursting alveoli bubbles throw upon the capillary sac walls

The airway mucosa conditions the air we breathe with salt and moisture

Seasonality of colds/flu is related to cold dry air and dehydration

Dehydration is our point of susceptibility

Mucosal dis-regulation arises from dehydration - insufficient salt and water

Hydration equals salt plus water

In the 80s the low salt dietary advice was rolled out and salt and pepper shakers were mostly removed from table settings. General health has descended from this point.

The body craving salt drives over consumption of sweet salty items.

Dementia and alzheimers are results of chronically dehydrated brains.

Dear Alec

I have recently published my first article on Substack.

We breathe air not oxygen

I have a new take on lung physiology that dismisses the idea that gases, oxygen and carbon dioxide, are dissolved in our blood and are exchanged in the lungs.

I discuss the difference between air and oxygen and the cause of oxygen toxicity.

I discuss the role of salt - water must follow salt not lead in the equation of hydration

If we are to dismantle the multiple layers of medical retardation, this new way of viewing the lung physiology must be explored robustly.

Underpinning my research is Peter Peterson’s free eBook available at smashwords

100 reasons water is not H2O

The corruption of how we are schooled to view water as a chemical equation is the MAJOR disruptor in science and medicine.

May curiosity be your friend

Dear Mr. Zeck,

Recently I watched a video of you giving a presentation on the (non-)existence of viruses. Is it possible that I receive this presentation and translate it into Dutch?

Thank you for your response!
